That New Teacher
Description
Starting a New Chapter at the College
Following your unexpected layoff as a Lab Technician, you’ve stumbled upon an enticing opportunity that you simply can’t pass up. You’ve landed a job at a college, but there’s a twist – this institution isn’t run by the government. This raises several questions, and it’s time to uncover the answers and meet some new, as well as familiar, faces.
Your New Role as the Enforcer
You’ve embarked on a new career at an educational institution with a unique curriculum, innovative teaching methods, and distinct disciplinary approaches. Here, you assume the role of the “Enforcer,” the sole staff member authorized to discipline students without any restrictions. The college has reinstated corporal punishment, and it’s up to you to decide whether to reward or punish students physically or otherwise, based on their behavior and academic performance. This system is governed by the PARE (Punishment and Reward Exchange) program, initiated by the college’s enigmatic benefactors.
Understanding the PARE Program
The PARE program is a comprehensive system designed to regulate student behavior and academic achievement through a balance of rewards and punishments. As the Enforcer, you will have the discretion to implement these measures, ensuring that students adhere to the standards set by the institution. This role requires a deep understanding of the program’s guidelines and the ability to make judgments that align with the college’s unique policies.
