Upon awakening, Carissa discovers that the cathedral’s atmosphere has become ominous, and she soon loses her chastity to a tentacled creature resembling an octopus.

Storyline

The game is filled with eerie occurrences: serial dismemberments, bizarre forms of madness, and inexplicable suicides, all accompanied by a faint sweet scent. The entire cathedral is shrouded in an unknown fear. A demon from hell has cursed the Cathedral of Saint Estelle, foretelling its doom in five days. Through the friendship and communication between Carissa and Betsy, players assist the protagonists in achieving a happy ending this lifetime while unraveling the mysteries of the past.

The game features a mix of yandere love, an ensemble cast, suspenseful moments, and multiple endings (including several death endings).
