Game Overview

Horny Recruiter is an interactive fiction game with elements of a visual novel. You assume the role of a recruiter for a multinational tech firm, interviewing a diverse array of applicants. Each character brings their unique personality and background, and the game’s interactive interview mechanics are tailored to enhance their individual experiences.

This game is currently in its early access or alpha phase, meaning it will evolve based on feedback and future updates. It is a choice-based, fetish-themed interactive interview game that leverages visual novel elements for storytelling and progression.

Gameplay Experience

Each day, you engage with various applicants, learning about their backgrounds and personalities before deciding whether to hire them. However, some applicants will go to great lengths to secure a job.

Future updates will introduce new features such as advanced interview mechanics, promotions that include physical examinations and panel interviews, and after-work activities to boost your character’s stats, like online courses, gym sessions, or watching adult content. The game will also include simulation elements like purchasing food, furniture, or renting a new apartment, along with fully animated lewd scenes and additional characters from popular anime and various fetishes.

Community Feedback and Support

We encourage you to share your favorite applicants and suggest new ones. The current version of the game features over 60 applicants, 20 lewd characters, and more than 60 lewd scenes, incorporating a range of fetishes such as breasts, muscles, stuttering, role-play, and more. All characters are fictional and 18+ years old, and the game adheres to Itch.io’s TOS, ensuring no illegal or forbidden content.
